Can I choose my own reward?
Yes. The business selects the reward, its value, the conditions and the expiry date during campaign setup.
Can I use my business logo?
Branding depends on the package you choose. Each package lists exactly what branding is included — logo and business name are included from the Business package for restaurants and are added on request for shops and beauty businesses.
How does redemption work?
The customer presents the saved voucher on their next visit. Your staff use the campaign's redemption mechanism to mark it as used.
Can a voucher be used more than once?
The redemption mechanism is designed to prevent repeated use, subject to the final configuration agreed for your campaign.
How many QR stands do I receive?
The included quantity depends on the package. Additional stands can be added when you place your order.
Do I need an app?
No. The experience runs in the browser and is designed for smartphones.
How quickly can my campaign be ready?
Setup begins once payment and your business information are received. We confirm the delivery and activation timeframe with you before production starts.
Is the performance report included?
No. It is an optional add-on at €30 per month unless your order states otherwise.
Can I cancel the monthly report?
Yes, in line with the subscription terms confirmed with your order.
Where are the QR stands delivered?
We deliver across Cyprus. Delivery areas and any applicable delivery charge are confirmed with your order before payment.
